Wrong Address

If you’ve entered the wrong address when placing your order, you have a 30-minute window after checkout to make changes. During this time, you can edit your order directly by clicking the link in your order confirmation email, or via your account.

If more than 30 minutes have passed, please email us as soon as possible with:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • The correct shipping address. Please ensure this is your full and complete address.

While we’ll do our best to help, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to make changes before your order is processed and dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. By clicking the tracking link, you may have the option to redirect your parcel or arrange for collection, depending on the courier's available services.

Please note that we can only ship to the address provided at checkout, and we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the details entered were incorrect at the time of purchase.

To help prevent future errors, we recommend keeping your internet browser’s autofill address book up to date and removing any old or unused addresses.
