Used Items

We strongly recommend carefully trying your new BullyBillows gear on indoors before going on your next adventure with your furry friend. Please be sure you are happy with the fit of any product before going outside, as the correct fit is essential for your pup's security, comfort and happiness!

We cannot accept the return of any item that has been used outside of trying-on purposes, items that are dirty, have an odour, or show signs of wear and tear. If you return an item showing clear signs of use, your return will not be processed, and the item will be returned to you. You may be liable for the cost of returning the item to you.

If you want to return a used item due to a suspected fault, we follow a different returns process. Please email our customer support team at info@bullybillows.com with relevant details and photos. If you do not follow this process, your item may be returned to you as outlined above.
