We take great care in the quality control and inspection of every product before it leaves our hands, but on rare occasions, a fault may occur. Please don’t worry as we’re here to help if it does 💙
We offer a 6-month defect guarantee from the date of delivery. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as the issue is noticed. Faults reported outside of this timeframe are difficult to verify and, due to the enthusiastic nature of dogs, are more likely the result of normal wear and tear.
Please note: we’re unable to replace or refund items that fall outside of our defect guarantee window or show signs of damage from regular use. This includes chewing, snagging, fading, or other wear and tear.
If you believe your item is faulty, please do not return it using our standard returns process, as faulty items require a different handling procedure. Using the normal returns route may result in delays or the item not being processed correctly.
Instead, simply email us at info@bullybillows.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the fault
