We accept exchanges for all unused and non-personalised products that are returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
We offer direct exchanges when choosing to swap the same item for a different size. If you would like a different item, or would like to change the colour or width, we kindly ask that you return the item for a refund or store credit instead. We hope to be able to expand our options for exchanges in the future.
Once we have received your return, your exchange will be automatically processed by our system. You will receive an email with your new tracking number once your exchange order has been processed and dispatched.
Please note - as our exchange system is automatic, we can only process your exchange as requested when registering your return in our Online Portal. We cannot action any requests left in the notes section.
