We are unable to accept the return of any items that have been personalised. This is because the item has been custom-made to your specifications, making it ineligible for a return for an exchange, refund, or store credit.

If you attempt to return a personalised item to us in violation of this policy, your return will not be processed and the item will be returned to you. You may be liable for the cost of returning the item to you.
