UK Return Costs

If you make your return via our Online Return Portal the return costs are as follows:

Store Credit - If you are returning for store credit in the form of an e-Gift card, your return will be free of charge!

Exchange - If you choose to exchange your item, you will be charged £5 when registering your return. This includes the cost of your return postage and the outgoing postage for your new item.

Refund - If you choose to return for a refund, a return postage cost of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund.

We understand how important it is to our customers to be able to make a return free of charge. While we offer free returns for Store Credit, we hope to be able to offer completely free returns in the future.
