Refunds

We accept refunds on all unused and non-personalised products that are returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. After receiving this email, we kindly ask that you allow 2-5 working days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds will cover the cost of the returned item(s) minus a £3.50 return postage charge. This does not include delivery costs paid on your original order.

All refunds will be returned to the account used when the order was placed. This cannot be altered. If you paid for your order via a gift card, the refund for the order in question will be processed back to the gift card, as this is the original payment method for the order.

Please note - if you have requested a refund but return your order outside of the 14-day refund timeframe, you will be issued store credit instead. This cannot be changed.
