We know dog gear is bound to get a little messy, and dogs will be dogs! But with the right care, your BullyBillows products can stay looking great and performing their best.

Here are our recommended care tips:

Hand Washing (Best Method)

• Gently hand wash your product in warm, soapy water using a mild detergent.
• Use a soft brush or cloth to remove mud and dirt.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Hang to air dry, do not tumble dry or place on a radiator.

Machine Washing (Not Recommended, but Possible)

If you prefer to use a washing machine, or if your products are very muddy, please take the following precautions:

• Place the item inside a pillowcase or suitable laundry bag, and tie the ends securely.
• Use a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent.
• Avoid heat; high temperatures can cause shrinkage or fading.
• Air dry only; do not tumble dry or place on a radiator.

Caring for Vibrant Colours

Our brighter colours (like Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, etc.) contain a special fluorescent dye that gives them their bold, eye-catching look. These shades may fade faster than darker colours like black, so we recommend:

• Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Gentle cleaning with no harsh scrubbing
• Never using harsh products like bleach or washing-up liquid
