Please make your return via our Loop Return portal. You can find it at the bottom of our website by clicking ‘Make a Return’ or at the following link: https://bullybillows.loopreturns.com/#/

You have 14 days from the point of delivery to return your order for a refund, and 30 days to return for an exchange or store credit. Please note that we cannot offer extensions to these timeframes.

Terms and Conditions:

• We cannot accept the return of items that have been personalised, used, washed, or are dirty.
• The customer bears the responsibility for the return postage costs.
• Please keep your return postage receipt safe until your return has been received and processed.
• If you choose not to use our return portal, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to make your return. We cannot take responsibility for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
