No Tracking Updates

You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking information hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please reach out to our customer support team at info@bullybillows.com. Our team will be happy to help!

If you have made an international order, your tracking information may take up to 5 days to update. It is also normal to experience delays in updates whilst your order is travelling from the UK to the destination country.

Please note - your tracking may take longer to update than expected during sales periods, and busy times of the year such as Black Friday and Christmas.
