Each of our products has its own unique size guide, and sizes are not interchangeable between styles. This means that if your dog wears a medium in one collar or harness, they may need a different size in another product.
Because all dogs have different shapes and proportions, we strongly recommend measuring your dog and comparing their measurements to the specific size guide found on the product page of the item you're interested in. This is the most accurate way to ensure a good fit.
To measure your dog correctly:
- For collars, measure around the base of the neck where the collar would naturally sit.
- For harnesses, measure both the base of the neck and the girth, which is the area just behind the last rib.
- Do not pull the measuring tape tight. The way the tape sits reflects how the product will fit.
- For the best fit, you should be able to comfortably slide two fingers between your dog and the measuring tape.
If your dog falls between two sizes, feel free to email us with their measurements. We’re always happy to offer advice!
If your dog’s measurements don’t fit within the size range listed for a product, that item sadly won’t be suitable. We recommend choosing a different style, and you’re welcome to contact us for recommendations.
We're here to help you find the best fit for your dog, so don't hesitate to get in touch if you're unsure.
