Store Credit

We accept returns for Store Credit on all unused and non-personalised products that are returned to us within 30 days of delivery.

If you have chosen to return for store credit, this will be issued to you in the form of an e-Gift card. Once your return has been received and processed, your e-Gift card code will be sent to the email address registered to your account.

If you are unable to find your e-Gift card, please be sure to double-check the email address associated with your account, as well as your spam folder.

Please note - if you have requested store credit, this cannot be changed to a refund once your return has been received and processed.
