We are happy to accept the return of any Kibble or Treats that have not been opened or used. Please see our Returns page for more details on how to make your return.

We cannot accept the return of any Kibble or Treats that have been opened and/or used. This is due to Health and Safety reasons. If you return open Kibble and Treats, your return will not be processed. You may also be liable for the cost of returning the item to you.
