Processing Times

Once your order has been placed, we kindly ask that you allow up to 2-3 working days for our team to process and dispatch your order. Our dedicated team works hard and will do their best to ensure your order is dispatched as swiftly as possible

We are closed over the weekend and Bank Holidays. Any orders placed during this time will begin processing the next working day.

If you have selected our DPD Next Day delivery option, and your order has been placed before 2 pm, it will be processed and dispatched the same day. Please note, this does not apply to personalised orders.

If you have chosen to add personalisation to an item in your order, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched.

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
