We always recommend double-checking all order details, including size, colour, quantity, delivery address, and payment method, before confirming your order. However, we understand that mistakes do happen!
If you notice a mistake with your order after it’s been placed, please don’t worry. You have a 30-minute window in which you can edit your order yourself. You can do this by clicking the link in your order confirmation email, or by selecting the order in your account.
If you notice an error after the order editing window has closed, please notify us by sending an email to info@bullybillows.com as soon as possible. Due to our quick turnaround times, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to make the requested amendments. To ensure we have the best chance of making the change for you, please include the following information:
- Your Name.
- Your Order Number
- The correct delivery address (if applicable).
- The correct size (if applicable).
- The correct colour (if applicable).
- The names of any product(s) you would like to add or remove. Please include the size and colour too.
Please note: we cannot change the payment method that was used when placing your order. If you would like to change the payment method, we will cancel your order if it hasn’t entered processing.
