We are happy to accept returns on all non-personalised and unused items. You have 30 days from the point of delivery to return your order for a refund. If your item is returned after 30 days, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card. Please note that we cannot offer extensions to these timeframes.
If you are located outside of the UK, we kindly ask that you make your return following the instructions below:
- Leave a note in your parcel with your Name, Order Number, the items being returned, and whether you would like a refund or store credit.
- You can find your order number on your order confirmation email. We cannot process returns that do not have an order number listed.
- We do not currently have an Online Return Portal for international customers. Please make your return using your own postage method.
- Please keep your postage receipt until we have received and processed your return. We cannot assist with returns that have been lost in transit without proof of postage.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Terms and Conditions:
- We cannot accept the return of items that have been personalised, used, washed, or are dirty.
- The customer bears the responsibility for the return postage costs.
- Please keep your return postage receipt safe until your return has been received and processed.
- Please make sure all items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
- We cannot accept the return of items posted outside of our return timeframes.
