Returned to Sender

Orders may be marked as returned to sender for several reasons, including an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, damage to the shipping label during transit, failed delivery attempts, or if the parcel was not collected in time from a pickup point.

If your tracking shows that your parcel is being returned to us, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Include your name, order number, and your full and complete shipping address so we can prepare to resend your order once it arrives back with us.

When we receive a returned parcel, we will contact you by email to confirm your correct address. If we don’t receive a reply within a reasonable time, we will issue a gift card for the full value of your order, so you can reorder at your convenience using the correct details.
