How to Add Personalisation

Personalising your item is easy! Simply click the “Personalise Here” button on the product page of the item you're interested in. This will guide you through the available customisation options.

Before placing your order, please double-check the size, spelling, and all details carefully, as we cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed.

A few important things to note:

  • Only products with the “Personalise Here” button can be personalised.
  • If the button isn’t visible, that item is not available for personalisation.
  • We are unable to add personalisation after an order has been placed.
  • If you receive your order and decide you'd like it personalised, you’ll need to return the item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order with personalisation selected on the website.
  • Personalisation cannot be added to exchange orders, as our exchange process is fully automated.
