About personalisation
Important - Creating your unique look with our bespoke stitching/engraving quality could take us up to 7-10 working days to complete, it's well worth the wait though.
When customising the Combat Range, the adjuster may cover part of the text. The best way to help avoid this is to choose the smallest size which will fit your dog; the adjuster will then be located at the end of the collar away from the name.
Preview images are for illustration only, text and Icons will always be centered neatly on the product. Colours and fonts may change very slightly during production.
We offer personalisation option on almost all of our Collars, Leads and Harnesses. What are the key benefits of adding personalisation to your BullyBillows gear?
1. They're unique to you and your dog.
2. If you have multiple dogs, adding your dogs name can help to distinguish which collar is for which dog.
3. Adding a phone number and Social handle in the unfortunate event of your dog getting lost, this is a very powerful way to ensure your dog can be tracked back to you.
4. If you have a working dog, nervous dog or one who just loves to jump, you can enter names such as POLICE DOG, WARNING, DO NOT PET, NERVOUS etc.

The chest measurement of your dog, or the girth, is the first measurement you’ll need to take. This can be taken by placing the measuring tape around the widest part of your dog’s torso, usually just behind the front legs.
The next measurement should be taken around the lower part of your dog’s neck, simply measure the widest part at the base of the neck as this is where the harness is going to sit. This size chart is based on min-max measurements.

Aston absolutely loved her new harness ! I now wish we’d got her name on that too! Next time!
We went for a really long walk and she walked like a princess - people have already started asking us where we got the collars and harnesses from.. only one place!! BullyBillows!! 🐾🐾
My rescue Akita can be temperamental when dogs bark at her, she is 41kg and I have always used Julius K9 harnesses for my last boys but Zuki didn't seem as secure in it. Always looked at BB but never took the plunge until a friend did. Taken Zukes out tonight on it and it was a dream walking her. Luckily she has a long neck otherwise I wouldn't be able to fit the collar and harness on together but highly recommend.
This is our second tri-harness and they are definitely the best we've ever used! They are strong, durable and the colors are a bonus! We've just got the ladder lead and so far it's working brilliantly for MoMo's training!
So far Nala (once a naughty puller) seems much happier wearing the harness. I do wish the lead had a loop half way for more control. I’m going to look at your leads though as love the matching colours.
Jazz is a beautiful girl but always wants to be infront and is a puller. Today her new harness changed our life. A much pleasanter walk. Controlled. Felt dafer and more relaxed.
Love it! Definitely what I was looking for. My only complaint is that it's at its tightest at the neck and is a bit loose still whereas it's almost as loose as it can go around the chest but still a bit tight, other than the odd sizing I'm so happy with it. Very convenient that is has 3 spots to hook and the one on front does help her not to pull.
Nyla looks lovely in her new harness and it doesn’t restrict her as much as the other one did, it’s better for in the car too, I feel she is safer when strapped in with this harness as it’s so well made and strong, but well padded so doesn’t hurt her
I got a tan one for Rusty then we rescued Ruby so she absolutely has to match her brother.
The ring on the chest is incredible for stopping pulling too
More importantly they both look so smart people are less intimidated and both my cuddlers are getting more loves ❤️
This was Ethel’s first walk with the double ended lead, she was still pulling slightly, but trust me, this is a massive improvement, very happy with her progress.
GAME CHANGER !!!
Dottie loves to walk but it doesn’t matter where we are on the roads or on a trail she would march from start to finish ! 1hr 2hrs she wouldn’t stop …
Though we would give the training harness a go after reading the reviews on a few different brands ! Turned up super quick ! Wifey took her out the first time said she didn’t pull once !! Came home took Dottie out and actually thought I had a different dog ❤️ honestly couldn’t tell you how and what it did to stop her pulling but like I said GAME CHANGER
Lovely colour. My girl gets lots of compliments with this harness. Works well over jackets/jumpers etc when weather is cold. Would advise to measure multiple times to ensure correct size is purchased. Item also washes well, colour hasn't faded. Very pleased, I am just waiting for the lead in the same colour to return in stock. Would recommend the item.
Fair delivery times. Easy to follow guides on measuring and fits as expected.
Quality material I just know it will last. Only disappointment was two days later it was on sale for 15quid less! Not Bully's fault, just luck of the draw. Will definitely purchase from this company again.
Very happy with our harness and collar. Had to exchange our original purchase as I measured wrong but staff were very helpful and I must say we are thrilled with the quality of product as well as the level of customer care we received. Thank you very much 👏👏👏
Amazing! This has massively reduced pulling. I’ve got from being pulled around walks like Santa on his sleigh to having boths hands in my pocket 😍 Thanks Bully Billows!
When we got our new pup Doris I couldn’t not get her a BullyBillows harness and matching lead like her big brother Boris! The colour is stunning and quality is absolutely A+ wouldn’t buy any other harness or lead for our Bully’s. We’ve just brought Boris an upgrade/new colour too!
We upgraded Minnie from the Bully mini tri harness now she has a bit of timber on her :) to the next size up :) coupled with the matching lead with mountaineering clip. Top quality and strong, very strong. 100% recommend top products and excellent customer service, we're due a new collar soon ;)
TRI harness anti pull. So glad I purchased this. Will not solve all your problems, but feel so much more in control, making training easier.
Well worth the money, and super easy to fit.
Fits beautifully and will grow with her. Well made and fantastic quality only use Bully Billows with my Staffies . The colour is absolutely gorgeous suits our girl Dita perfectly x
Decided to try this because I'd seen it had good reviews and honestly I'm so glad I did, I've got a cane corso x great dane who is a nightmare for pulling and training was going nowhere she's very stubborn but this harness had changed that, I didn't think it would make this much difference but we can now have nice pleasurable walks without dreading being pulled all over the place! If you're thinking about buying this harness.. do it, you won't be disappointed!! And the colour is absolutely stunning too 😍
Very sturdy material, the colour is 👌🏼 I bought size B for my 10 month old English staff, still some wiggle room on the tightest fittings, I overestimated her size even with measurements. She seems comfortable and happy with wearing, and the front ring does help with pulling compared to collar and lead combo.
Start by unbuckling the harness and having your dog sit or stand still next to you. Slip the harness over their head and pull the straps underneath their tummy. Or, if you have a step-in harness, place it on the floor and help your dog place their feet correctly, before pulling it up over their back. Fasten it up securely, making sure it’s not too tight or too loose, and adjust accordingly.
What is the best dog harness?
The best dog harness really depends on the breed, size, and activity level of your dog. The comfortable Hurricane Harness features a useful handle and is super lightweight, while the Premium Harness is a great all-rounder for any dog. The traditional slip-on harnesses offer quick and easy fitting, while step-in harnesses might be better for dogs that dislike harnesses going over their head. And if your dog pulls, the TRI-Harness helps with training to prevent excessive pulling on the lead. You can read more in our Dog Harness Buying Guide. All of our harnesses are lined with Neoprene which is soft and helps avoid harsh burns unlike other brands.
How to measure a harness for a dog
To measure your dog for a harness, grab a measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of their ribcage, then measure their neck at the base (where the collar sits and not in the middle of the neck). Make sure that the measurements aren’t too tight, but are secure enough that the harness won’t slip off if your dog pulls.
If you have the harness already, try it on your dog and make sure you can fit two fingers between the harness and their body. Finally, monitor your dog’s behaviour - if they’re showing signs of discomfort or walking awkwardly, it may need adjusting more to suit your dog.
How to use a dog harness correctly
To ensure you’re using your dog harness correctly, you need to make sure it’s properly fitted. This means that it’s tight enough to prevent the harness moving, but loose enough to allow your pooch to move comfortably. Attach your lead to your chosen D-ring, whether that’s on their back or their chest, and get ready for your adventure!
