The BullyBillows Training Double-Ended Lead is a multi-functional, double-ended lead that can be used in 6 different ways. For both daily use and professional use.

  1. Short length for heel training or normal walking.
  2. Medium length for obedience training.
  3. Long length for recall or distance work.
  4. Hands-free dog training.
  5. Easy, supervised tethering.
  6. Double steering for optimum control.

We recommend using this in conjunction with our TRI-Harnesses as this lead can be attached to the front and back D-Loops which is used to assist in training and aid to help eliminate if your dog pulls. 

However, we also recommend it for use with any BullyBillows collars and leads as it's perfect to take advantage of the short length for normal walking, and medium & long length for obedience training or distance work. You can also put two dogs on this lead making use of the double-ended clasps.

All hardware is Stainless Steel which has our BullyBillows lifetime rust proof guarantee.

I wasn't sure if I'd like the double ended training lead, but its worked out really well. The range of lengths you can get from it is really helpful, and I've only used the front clip a few times and its already slowed down her pulling.

I wanted a lead that made me hands free for poo picks and cold hands in the winter mornings so the double ended training lead was perfect and looks really nice. As my vintage sugar coated staffitbull is extremely well behaved she didn't need it for training, just for giving us a more relaxed stroll and it looks very nice indeed.

We have 2 other Bullybillows leads which look way better, have fancy features yet this is the lead we use 90% of the time. Having clips on both ends and metal hoops down the length of the lead gives you 3 different lengths of lead, a way to attach to her collar and harness at the same time, a way to tie her off whichever end your holding, a great way to attach to her doggy seatbelt, the ability to use around your waist and even to clip directly to another lead and make an extra long impromptu training lead. It's a great lead and I would say if you have to have 1 lead have this one.

How to put a slip lead on a dog

To put a slip lead on your dog, create a loop and slide this over your dog’s head, positioning it just behind their ears. Gently pull on the lead to ensure it’s snug but not too tight, and adjust the rubber stopper so that it’s secure around your dog’s neck. Do dogs have to be on a lead?

Dogs should be on a lead in certain areas, including roads, parks, beaches and children’s play areas. Your local council might also have rules for specific places where dogs should be on a lead. However, even in dog parks and fields, it’s important that they are kept under control and that you have a lead on-hand for safety and compliance with local laws.

What is the best lead for dogs that pull?

If you’re struggling with a dog that pulls, having the right lead can make all of the difference.
