About personalisation
Important - Creating your unique look with our bespoke stitching/engraving quality could take us up to 7-10 working days to complete, it's well worth the wait though.
When customising the Combat Range, the adjuster may cover part of the text. The best way to help avoid this is to choose the smallest size which will fit your dog; the adjuster will then be located at the end of the collar away from the name.
Preview images are for illustration only, text and Icons will always be centered neatly on the product. Colours and fonts may change very slightly during production.
We offer personalisation option on almost all of our Collars, Leads and Harnesses. What are the key benefits of adding personalisation to your BullyBillows gear?
1. They're unique to you and your dog.
2. If you have multiple dogs, adding your dogs name can help to distinguish which collar is for which dog.
3. Adding a phone number and Social handle in the unfortunate event of your dog getting lost, this is a very powerful way to ensure your dog can be tracked back to you.
4. If you have a working dog, nervous dog or one who just loves to jump, you can enter names such as POLICE DOG, WARNING, DO NOT PET, NERVOUS etc.

The chest measurement of your dog, or the girth, is the first measurement you’ll need to take. This can be taken by placing the measuring tape around the widest part of your dog’s torso, usually just behind the front legs.
The next measurement should be taken around the lower part of your dog’s neck, simply measure the widest part at the base of the neck as this is where the harness is going to sit. This size chart is based on min-max measurements.

Product description
BullyBillows is thrilled to introduce our Country Collection!
This range features five Tweed sets and three Herringbone sets from our Premium Harness, Combat Collars, and Combat Leads, all available in the same sizes and at the same prices as our nylon products.
Tweed and Herringbone are known for their durability and stylish patterns, with rich traditions in Scotland. Our Tweed sets offer deeper colours, while the Herringbone designs provide a light pastel palette, ensuring you and your dog stand out at the park.
The BullyBillows Premium Comfort Harness delivers optimal comfort and freedom of movement. Made from soft, breathable fabrics and featuring adjustable straps, it ensures a perfect fit for any breed. Our harness also includes reflective lining for added visibility during nighttime walks.
We collaborate with the Animal Science Department at Nottingham Trent University to test and design our unique harnesses, providing a snug fit that prevents rubbing or chafing, making it ideal for dogs with sensitive skin.
Key benefits include:
Neoprene-lined chest plate and straps to prevent irritation.
Non-restrictive Y-shape design for free movement.
Adjustable lightweight metal straps for a perfect fit.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 40 reviews.
They look so smart in their matching harnesses. Quality product, excellent fit and safe and strong. Love them
I only have one criticism is that as my dog has quite a big head it’s a bit of a struggle getting the harness over it .
I know that there is another product which has fasteners -clips which ideally would have been better but I wanted the comfort harness and the padding that it provides for my dog . Maybe something to look at ?
Apart from that nice harness
I absolutely love this harness for my boy. The quality is exceptional and it's easy to adjust. I also love the reflective parts especially for walks in the dark autumn/winter evenings. Overall the colour is brilliant and suits my boy.
Absolutely superb company. Products quality are amazing! We found this harness a little heavy for summer but the quality is so good, we ordered another product from them for summer use and kept this one for winter. Perfect bulldog fit and doesn’t flop to the side like other well known harness makes do!
8 month old staffy transferred from K9 harness too his new BB harness and loving it better movement and more comfort for him.
His big American bulldog brother has his comfort harness too but soon be having the tan herringbone harness aswell.
I didn't think my 3 legged Frenchie would get on with it because it's so solidly built but he's walking better already. He really suits it and he really supported in it. I only wish I'd have got the lead now.
Great first experience using you guys 😁
Quick delivery and the harness and lead are very well made.
Our Frenchie loves going for walks with her new gear on
I purchased both lead and harness, my Bruno looks smart got plenty of compliments. Sturdy I like where the clips are as on his old harness from somewhere else they were under his armpit and caused a sore and hair loss so Thank-you! I’m thinking of purchasing another set.
Got to be the best harness I have bought.the quality is excellent and fit my dog perfectly.had lots of compliments about how nice the harness is and where i got it . Would highly recommend this harness
After what felt like hours of scrolling through harnesses that looked more like medieval armour or fashion disasters, I finally struck gold! This harness is an absolute winner — comfy, padded, and seriously well made. You can tell it’s built to last the moment you pick it up. The colour and design are exactly like the pictures — no nasty surprises here! It’s super adjustable too, so it fits Tyson like it was custom-made for him. He’s strutting around like he’s on the cover of Dog Vogue and can’t wait to show it off on his next walkies! 🐾
My Staffie is strong & can wriggle out of his collar so i ordered a harness when i came I thought this is too small but it fits like a glove & is so easy to put on him. It works like a charm.
Love the harness, cannot fault it one bit, chunky, well made and will last, only reason I haven't given five stars is the fact the matching lead for the grey tweed harness is no longer available so have had to order a black tweed lead, which I hope will look ok.
Our little boy looks so handsome in his harness. The only issue is the clips seem like they’re on the wrong way around which stops it from sitting flat
Great quality harness but slightly on the bigger side for a small dog. Did want to also get them for my pugs but would definitely be too chunky. For my small bully is brilliant though
Start by unbuckling the harness and having your dog sit or stand still next to you. Slip the harness over their head and pull the straps underneath their tummy. Or, if you have a step-in harness, place it on the floor and help your dog place their feet correctly, before pulling it up over their back. Fasten it up securely, making sure it’s not too tight or too loose, and adjust accordingly.
What is the best dog harness?
The best dog harness really depends on the breed, size, and activity level of your dog. The comfortable Hurricane Harness features a useful handle and is super lightweight, while the Premium Harness is a great all-rounder for any dog. The traditional slip-on harnesses offer quick and easy fitting, while step-in harnesses might be better for dogs that dislike harnesses going over their head. And if your dog pulls, the TRI-Harness helps with training to prevent excessive pulling on the lead. You can read more in our Dog Harness Buying Guide. All of our harnesses are lined with Neoprene which is soft and helps avoid harsh burns unlike other brands.
How to measure a harness for a dog
To measure your dog for a harness, grab a measuring tape and wrap it around the widest part of their ribcage, then measure their neck at the base (where the collar sits and not in the middle of the neck). Make sure that the measurements aren’t too tight, but are secure enough that the harness won’t slip off if your dog pulls.
If you have the harness already, try it on your dog and make sure you can fit two fingers between the harness and their body. Finally, monitor your dog’s behaviour - if they’re showing signs of discomfort or walking awkwardly, it may need adjusting more to suit your dog.
How to use a dog harness correctly
To ensure you’re using your dog harness correctly, you need to make sure it’s properly fitted. This means that it’s tight enough to prevent the harness moving, but loose enough to allow your pooch to move comfortably. Attach your lead to your chosen D-ring, whether that’s on their back or their chest, and get ready for your adventure!
