Cool mat is a much better quality than the previous one's we've purchased elsewhere. Snoop is a 33kg dog so it needs to be pretty robust, which it is .

In principle it's decent. It's robust enough that my 1 year old pup hasn't managed to cause any damage which is great, as others have leaked or popped within minutes or days. It definitely has a cooling effect. However the foam layer inside seems to have folded up on itself, so it's now a bit lumpy. It's disappointing that the biggest size available is nowhere big enough for my dog. He's 27kg and growing, and this is maybe ok for the top or bottom half, but sadly not his whole body (but I've heard they're in the process in introducing a bigger size)
Was hoping for better as it was bully Bs but these mats are bit under whelming. They are in 3 sealed sections yet the filled cool insert just so easily moves and twists and becomes a lump. For the price..I was expecting better
My 12 year old basset hound struggles in the heat so this is perfect for him. Probably could do with a larger one but he likes resting his top half on the mat so its not an issue yet. Seems to work well!
I was keen to get this as the weather has been so so hot for so long. I bought a cheap one which was no good at all. However, our dog won’t go on it unless I sit beside him, and then only for a couple of minutes. Sadly, he doesn’t look like the relaxed dogs in your adverts. I will persevere with trying to get him to like it.
My ONLY concern is that it isn't obvious which way up it should go and there is nothing on the packaging to advise you. Other than that it's great and my dog does seem to love it. It moves around the house dependent upon where she is at the time, but for a dog that is nervous of anything new, she took to it very quickly. Service from Bully Billows was second to none and the quality of the product does meet my expectations. It is very well made and worth the money I paid for it.
Frank loves his new mat. As a gravitationally challenged older dog, Frank struggles in the heat and this mat is a game changer. I bought a large size which suited him perfectly.
Order this large cooling matt for my boy who's an olde english bulldogge unfortunately the large size Is not big enough for my boy you need to make XXL SIZES so I regrettable had to return the cooling matt back to you great product but not big enough
Cooling mat bought for my Dads miniature English Bull Terrier, ‘Bertie’ Bertie has been struggling in the recent UK heat, unable to find a comfy, cool spot in the house to cool off & chill out. The cooling mat arrived (speedily), I put it down on the floor & after a few sniffs, Bertie laid straight on it! Dad says he didn’t move all afternoon! We like that it appears easy to clean & also that it folds nicely so Dad can take it with him when he’s out in the car with Bertie. Time will tell but, money well spent I think.
Searched online for a cooling mat, very pleased to find an alternative colour instead of basic blue. Super fast delivery, in time for the hottest day of the year.

The gel pools up in one area and won’t move or go flat again.
One dog walks round it and avoids at all costs. The other my elderly lady sat on it with me and now will lay on it in the heat.
Lovely thick covering seems very strong. My dogs go to mat when he is warm.
Better description. The product has some gel or liquid encased, I didn’t any mention of this. When package arrived outer covering was very much the worse for weather. Thankkgoodness the box within was intact. Maybe a word with your courier, as external shows some severe abuse or trying to see whst was within.
Bought to keep her cool but she doesn’t seem overly interested to lie on it. When I put it down she goes beside it 😂.

Generally good only complaint would be not much difference in size between small and large. They are just different shapes large being narrower and slightly longer than the small one

Firstly I was disappointed that my boy was on it 5 minutes and he scratched it badly . Secondly there was no mention of putting it in the freezer online when I went through the website before I brought it . Yet on the box it said freezer for only 15 minutes . I thought it was weight activated . Thirdly it's gel inside . Is it safe ? And last but not least I emailed Bully billows to with these concerns and nobody has got back to me . On the other hand my boy seems to like it very much . Which I'm pleased about . I want to buy more but I think the customer service side isn't great sadly so I'm not sure if I will .
Geordie was not sure about it at first but he did go on it eventually and slept I put it on one side of my bed Geordie on it and my feet to cool down😆maybe should have got a double one🤣
I just received it two days ago so I'm sorry but I haven't had enough time to evaluate it. The weather is cooler at this time but promises to get to the 90s or 100s soon.Training izzy to lay on it long enough for her to get the idea isn't easy. She likes fuzzy soft spots to lay on. I am confident she is going to love it. Give me a month then check back in. Thank you.
