To give quick, even control during training, or to work as a simple everyday collar with no buckle to fasten. It sits loose until your dog pulls, tightens slightly to get their attention, then loosens straight back off. Ours are padded with Neoprene to ensure your dog is comfortable!

If the slip collar is fitted incorrectly it can put pressure on the throat. Ensure you have the correct fit to protect your dog's neck.

Yes. UK regulation targets electronic shock collars specifically, not slip collars. As with any collar, the key is choosing a well-made, correctly sized one and using it properly.

• Fit it with the correct loop direction, so it loosens automatically the moment there's no pressure
• Position it high on the neck, just behind the ears
• Use short, light corrections only, never constant pressure or tension
• Utilise a trainer to support you with correct technique
